THE PROCESS

My commitment to you and all of my couples, is to provide an experience that makes creating your dream wedding invitations a memorable and fun experience. Here is how we make that happen.

I.

Let’s chat! It is important for me to understand what has drawn you to custom invitations and what you are looking for. All artwork will be original, and handmade by me, so I’d love to talk about your inspiration, aesthetic and must-haves.

The questionnaire below helps capture details we can use as a launching pad for our conversation. Once completed, I’ll be in touch to set up an introductory call.

II.

You will receive a custom proposal for your invitation suite based on your style, preferences and budget. There is almost no limit to the special add-ons including printing methods, paper types and embellishments. It is important to know this is a starting point and we can always make adjustments as we move forward in the process. However you will have peace of mind knowing we will guide you through all of these decisions.

Please allow up to three months for our design process beginning from concept to mail by date. I recommend our couples to schedule invitation services at least six months prior to your wedding date. If you are including Save the Dates, include an additional three months.

Rebekah Nicole Ink clients typically average between $6,000 - $10,000+ for a bespoke invitation suite.

III.

Once the proposal is approved, contract is signed and retainer is paid the most exciting part begins. It is now time to start dreaming up the invitation suite that is perfectly tailored to you. We will begin with a mood board; featuring inspiration pictures, your color palette and design sketches.

Once finalized I will then start the artwork and fully bring the visions to life in our three proof rounds. I will walk you through the process to capture your preferred style, aesthetic and layout.

IV.

The rest is a breeze. Your custom invitation suite will be handcrafted, printed and mailed out. If you prefer to do the assembly and mailing (and save a little money), I will be happy to provide the materials and steps. Otherwise, I love completing this integral step for you.

Additional perks… I often help with and provide day of signage and party favors. From tumblers for the bachelorette party to custom napkins, table numbers and more. I’d love to discuss your vision and the fun bells and whistles we can include to make your wedding extra special!
